User Agreement
You must agree to, or meet the requirements of or understand, the following:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Course fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
You are responsible for knowing information about every course you sign up for, such as materials needed or special course notes. All necessary information for a course is found in it's description.
Upon request the BSIS, the California State licensing agency for private security, may review your training record and information.
A course might be set with a minimum course time that must expire before access to the final exam for the course is allowed.
The system will not allow a course timer to be run down by leaving your account logged in with no activity in the course. The course timer will reset to about the time remaining when the last activity occurred in the course such as the last log in.
Some course materials, be they text or images or video, may be graphic in their context.
Even though your training information will be stored in your account, it is advisable to copy the certificates of completion to your computer's hard-drive or other media.
Attempting to use the training feature for anything other than the intended purpose, be it unlawful or unethical, will result in your account being suspended and a report made to law enforcement and or the BSIS.
You will not use profanity or other offensive or threatening language when participating in a forum or feedback or correspondence.
